About us…

Amidst the uncertainty surrounding the temple’s Sunday activities, the conflict has brought together a diverse team of supporters working tirelessly to save their temple – from Thai community elders to surrounding Berkeley neighbors to Thai-American alumni from the Bay Area’s Thai Temples’ educational programs.

This website was created by a small, dedicated group of Thai-Americans and our supporters in the Asian American community to launch a public outreach campaign for the Thai Temple.

What began years ago as Thai summer school has now evolved into a network of Thai-American professionals collaborating to preserve the religious and community center our community elders established for us.

Some of the Alumni of the Cultural Center are back along with new friends supporting the Thai Temple!
